Overview

How I got started

I got my first motorcycle for Christmas in 1993,  then started racing in 1994 in the 50cc 4-6 year old class. In 1996,  I won the 50cc 4-6 year old District 29 Championship. The next year in 1997,  I was able to win the US Eastern Pro-Am Series Championship. The following year in 1998,  I qualified for Loretta Lynn`s for the first time and finished 22nd overall in the 50cc 7-8 year old Class. In 1999,  I won the NC State Championship Title in the 65cc 7-9 and Qualified for Loretta Lynn`s. In 2000,  I again won several Local Titles and Broke the Top Ten at Loretta Lynn`s for the first time with a Tenth Overall. 2001 was a great year with a 2nd and 5th Overall at GNC Moiser Valley World Finals in the 65cc class. I also won my first National Title at the NMA Ponca National Championship in the 65 cc 9-11 Class. At Loretta Lynn`s,  I finished 6th Overall in the 85cc 7-11 class. I was virtually injured all of 2002. I did qualify for Loretta Lynn`s but had to withdraw two weeks before the event with a broken clavical. 2003 proved to be a consistent year with top finishes at the Amateur National that I attended. I finished a 2nd & 5th at the GNC Moiser Valley World finals. I won the 85 cc Mod 12-13 AMA Southeast Regional and finished 6th Overall in both the 85cc 12-13 Stock and Mod classes at Loretta Lynn`s.
In 2004,  I graduated to the 125B and Schoolboy Classes at 14 years of age. In both the Carolina Ultra Series and US Mega Series I have won several events in both classes. I finished 2nd Overall at the AMA Regionals in both the 125 12-15 Stock & Mod Classes. At Loretta Lynns Nationals I finished 2nd Overall in the 125 12-15 Mod Class and 3rd Overall in the 125 12-15 Stock Class. I obtained my goal by finishing in the Top FIve in both classes and winning a Moto.

Goals for the Future

In 2006,  I will step up my conditioning program in preparation for the National Pro Ranks. I will compete at the Major Amateur NAtionals and possibly for experience a couple of Outdoor Nationals.
This Winter I will start a training program for Arena Cross & Supercross.
